For utilization and geographic location, ODS-Petrodata''s November Offshore Rig Locator shows 264 self-propelled jackups working, out of chipper a total worldwide fleet of 388 rigs, for 68% utilization, down from 82% one year ago. This shredder is principally due to sharp cuts in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, where only 72 of 150 available units were working due to vacuum and self-propelled lower oil/gas chipper prices. The second most active area was the Persian Gulf, with 46 shredder of its 56 rigs working. The North Sea/NW Europe had all but vacuum one of its 34 jackups working. Asia accounted for 60 rigs--in India, 16 of 20 units were working; SE Asia had 19 of its 22 rigs active; and the Far East saw 11 of its self-propelled 18 jackups chipper working. West Africa was shredder working 19 vacuum of its 23 rigs. Other self-propelled active areas chipper included: the Mediterranean/Black Sea, 10 of 12; Red Sea/Gulf of Suez, 11 of 11; and South/Central America, 18 of 25.

"Energy efficiency and passive-solar heating save homeowners shredder huge amounts each year in reduced utility bills," says Emily Dekker-Fiala, office coordinator vacuum for the group. "Many of our homeowners came from poorly built, drafty, self-propelled and chipper energy-inefficient rental homes--houses built for copper miners at the turn of the century. These homes often cost $200 shredder to $300 a month to heat. In our energy-efficient homes, heating bills run from $20 to $30 per month." What people need to realize, she says, is that an important aspect vacuum of affordable housing self-propelled is not just the initial cost of the chipper and shredder house, but making sure vacuum that people can afford to continue living in it.
